A look around our communities tells us that without strong guidance, structured discipline, and a solid foundation, young men are more likely to struggle with poverty, instability, and directionless living.

Meet Khashaad, Inspire Faith’s Lead Mentor
Some men talk about leadership. Others live it.
Khashaad has spent his life stepping up. And not just for himself but for those coming after him. A husband and father to two young men, he leads by example in his home, his church, and his community. Whether mentoring students alongside the principal at his children’s school, serving with local nonprofits, or guiding men in his small group, he is committed to building strong, capable leaders.
But his story didn’t start here…
Growing up in SOWEGA, where lines of division didn’t disappear just because the law changed, he refused to accept the limits placed on him. Courageous and determined, he became the first male of color to attend a private high school, forging a path where none had been made before. Even as a young man, his peers saw him as a role model, someone unwilling to be defined by statistics or circumstances. His parents always said he was meant for something greater, and he proved them right.
What set him apart? Ownership.
He took responsibility for his future even when the way forward was unclear. He humbled himself to ask for help, built alliances with the right people, and followed a path of discipline and wisdom. That same drive led him to serve as a U.S. Army Officer and pursue his MBA, never stopping in his mission to equip the next generation of men.
Now, at Inspire Faith, he’s here to pass the baton with real mentorship, real tools, and real preparation for life’s battles.
